Serhiy REBROV: “I’ll try to do my best for the team within a month”

- First of all I’d like to ask media to help players, who have faced difficulties. They all are ambitions performers, who want to win. I hope they’ll overcome their bad psychological state and I ask you to help them.

- How has your daily regimen changed since you became the caretaker manager?

- I love my job, so I always spend a lot of time at the training complex. That’s why my daily regimen hasn’t changed rapidly.

- Dynamo don’t have ambitious tasks for the rest of the season. Will you reshuffle the squad?

- We still have the aim to win the Ukrainian Cup. As for squad reshuffle, we make it constantly.

- Don’t players feel depressed after defeat against FC Shakhtar Donetsk?

- Everyone was depressed because of the final score and because of head coach’s resignation. Still we must move on and think about future. I hope players will demonstrate their best qualities as we face FC Vorskla Poltava.

- How did Oleh Blokhin say goodbye to the team?

- After the game we had a talk. I don’t think that should be recalled. Anyway he was doing his job fairly.

- What has Oleh Blokhin taught you?

- I worked with a lot of great specialists, including Oleh Blokhin.

- Are you ready to work on your own?

- I’ll work for a month and I’ll try to do my best for the team within this period of time. After that we’ll see what happens next.

- You played in different leagues. What have you learn there that can be useful for Dynamo?

- I learned a lot. There are some coaches who never were players, but I think that such experience is important. One should know what he demands from his performers. Today players must understand that principles I use are necessary.

- Are you going to initiate some mental changes in the team? For example in Turkey players celebrate wins with supporters and don’t appear in public for three days after failures…

- Turkey and Ukraine are totally different countries. Still Dynamo also used to have dinners for players with their families. That unifies performers.

- At the training camp coach Raul, who used to work for FC Rubin Kazan, joined the team. Could you tell more about him?

- I think Dynamo need him. He can benefit the team. He is responsible for many aspects of play, including tactics and players’ physical conditions.

- Some foreign performers state that they want to leave after the end of this season. Will they have enough motivation to play worthy till the summer break?

- They don’t tell anything of a kind to me. I’ve told all players that if they want to reconsider their staying here they should perform worthy till the end of the season and then discuss all issues with Dynamo president.
